Muscle workouts?

Jesus god they kill me.
Today I have done:
-200 sit ups
-100 crunches
-50 squats
-25 lunges per legs (THEY KILLED MY THIGHS)
-2 x 30 second planks
-50 scissor kicks

Now I was wondering if anyone had muscle workouts for the areas I'm missing, the only one I'm noticing is arms, but there could be more. Also, I have two 1 kilo weights but my sister hid them, so anything for arms I would be using water bottles.

    Compound exercises
    - Bench Press
    - Row
    - Military Press
    - Squats
    - Deadlifts
    - Pull ups
    - Dips (Lay forward to exercise pecs and triceps)

    You should be perfecting these and once you are ready you can add isolation exercises.

    Tricep dips are great - no equipment needed.
