Hello. New here.

Joined to get some structure and support on my journey back to fit. My goal is to lose 15 pounds to get some semblance of my pre-baby body back. I have a whole wardrobe just sitting in my closet getting dusty. My son is 20 months old, so this is a little overdue.

I love yoga and walking but have neglected to do both regularly since becoming a mom. I'd like to get my yoga practice back and need to find an exercise regimen that is effective and works with my busy schedule.

I'd love some support, guidance, tips and help and offer the same in return. Making some friends in the process would be icing on the cake. Wait, I mean extra low-fat dressing on the salad. ;)

I've tried on my own and have done well, but it didn't stick. I hope this is a better solution and a permanent one.
