I am having a toasted PBJ and milk for breakfast:
2 pieces toast
1 tbsp natural PB
1 tbsp reduced sugar jam
1 cup light vanilla soymilk
I drank a sip of milk while still chewing...and it was really good.
So obviously the next course of action was to dip the crunchy delicious sandwich into the milk and...OMG AMAZING. Better than cookies and milk!! Really, try it!

This is my first time, and I was amazed!! The bread is sooooo good soaked with the milk and it adds a whole new textural dimension. :drinker:0

Hmm... I'm slowly going vegan and that sounds awesome! I'll have to keep that in mind bc I'm having a hard time drinking soy milk- i've got it down in cereal but I can't drink a glass yet :ohwell:0

If you go to a decent grocery store, they should have a number of milk alternatives. I personally use soy milk for cooking. For drinking I stick with almond milk. They also have oat milk, hemp milk, rice milk... lots of stuff
The rice milk was very good, but sweet, kinda like drinking rice pudding (that was the vanilla flavored).
Almond milk is my favorite though... especially chocolate... because chocolate and almond go together like peas and carrots.0 -

I find chocolate soymilk much more drinkable. the vanilla flavour doesn't do it for me. :sick:0 -

Try almond milk instead. It is yummy and it won't mess with your female hormones like too much soy can.
