    3. i spent the weekend without a computer in front of me... took my dog for a walk because i wanted to, not because HE needed it.

    19 for losing 3.8 pounds

    Had a very good week. We had Thanksgiving so my husband was home for three days instead of two and we had turkey, which was delicious. A couple of weeks ago I started going to Pilates twice a week which I do just for myself and I love it!

    I only received 11 points this past week

    0.2 lbs lost for exactly 1 point
    5 days exercising and 5 days being under goal.

    I finished two weeks of c25k in one week.
