Sugar.

The sugar that’s in fruits is what is filling up my sugar daily intake, I’m trying to eat at least three fruits a day and the sugar goes up to 50 grams! Is this okay since it’s from fruit?

    Natural foods (meaning not processed) are more easily digested by your body. I don't see why it would be bad unless you were getting the sugar from candy bars and items like that.
  • I eat tons of fruit, and do not worry about the going over sugar/carbs when it comes from whole foods such as fruit.
