I'm getting married and me and my partner are having a heated discussion on when we should get married...

SO..on that note its over to you MFP family...An Autumn or a Winter wedding? lol

    Our wedding anniversary is tomorrow! I lvoe fall and always wanted a fall wedding. I would have loved a winter wedding too, but living in Connecticut, winter is way to unpredictable and I didn't want to risk having a snow storm come in on my wedding day. Rain would have been fine. Fall around here is amazing with all the colors so that was why I chose it.

    I think winter weddings are sooo beautiful (the pretty white snow says it all!)... however this Canadian now lives in Miami ... so no snow. :( .. I am getting married in 2 weeks!!! October 29th.

    My mum got married in winter, a few days before Christmas, it was nice, cold and crisp.

    Im getting married in sept, so autumn, hopefully it will be bright and not raining :)

    Tough one...but I would go for the winter wedding, when the trees are bare and skeletal, when you can see your breath in front of you, when there's a hush over everything....

    I think wintr weddings are beautiful because they usually use the colors red, green and gold. So pretty!

    In my opinion, it doesn't matter when. It just matters that you will be with the person you love. Seriously. This will be the day that you get to officially be "one". Life is short. Just do it! :smile:

    I would say Autumn.

    My anniversary is December 10th. My mom and dad's was December 27th. If I did it over, I would get married in the fall...I LOVE fall!
