Ab Lounge

I got an Ab Lounge from a garage sale we had. A friend brought it over saying she never used it. Does anyone else have one? Does it work,how long should you use it for a day to get any kind of results?
What other kinds of exercise could you do inside the house? I would love to go riding my bike but,often times my anxiety prevents me from doing those kinds of things.

    You can go online and do a search for ab lounge and get all the information, including directions for use, workout plans, etc. The biggest thing is to not do it fast. Let your body feel the resistance using smooth motion, not fast up and down movements.
    I am a walker, so use a treadmill when not walking outside and I also use Leslie Sansone's walking dvd's. I love these!!! You won't believe how different kinds of steps work different muscles. It's fun, too!
