attack thursday:

Captain of your team PM's the captain of the team they plan to "attack". The team that gets attacked needs to send a PM to the captain that attacked them and let them know what the biggest burned calorie was for their team for that day. Whatever that number is gets added into your teams total for that day.

The team that gets attacked still gets to keep the burn that was their highest.
