Hi,
For those of you who have done this program, how much weight did you lose, did you see muscle by the end of it, and how many calories were you eating? I started doing the program about 6 weeks after I had my baby, stopped after doing the program for 3 weeks (baby was very demanding of my time, lol), and am hoping to start over. Any advice and tips would be appreciated.

I'm doing the TurboFire/ChaLEAN hybrid right now. I've lost about three pounds so far, but I'm losing inches like crazy and gaining muscle. I'm eating anywhere between 1400-1700 calories most days, depending on how hungry I am and how many exercise calories I earn.0

I didn't find that I lost alot of weight (i didn't have much to lose thought) but I gained a lot of muscle. I am mored toned in my arms and legs! I did drop a pant size even w/o the weight loss.
I would suggest to measure yourself as well as using the scale. Depending on how much you need to lose you should lose some but muscle weighs more than fat so don't depend on the scale. Muscle also increases your metabolism so you will burn more at rest.0 -
I didn't lose much weight at all, however, the shape of my body completely changed. I lost a lot of inches & my arms were more toned up. I'm currently doing turbofire to lose the lats 15lbs and then i'll be doing the hybrid again with CLX. I loved it.0

I lost a total of 25 inches and 24 pounds with CLX. I didn't take day 1 pix but if you look in my profile you can see the difference from week 7 to week 12. I was doing extra cardio with it, but it is a wonderful program and it works great! On 2 of my weight days I do a short HIIT workout afterwards to get the extra cardio. I just started my third round yesterday!0

Tracy, how many calories were you eating each day?0

I am not exactly sure but it was probably around 1500 to 1600 depending on my workouts that day. I try to eat all my exercise calories back, but if I am not hungry I don't eat them.0
