I am no longer in the OBESE BMI range! I know people post this on the forum all the time. But it really brought a HUGE smile to my face and I just had to share it

184.6 lbs with a BMI of 29.8 hahah! It's close but still out of there!

28.6 lbs to go until I'm no longer even classed as overweight

Congrats to you! My first goal is to get out of the BMI Obese category and work from there. I am trying real hard to be there in the next 2 months. Good Luck

very nice. I don't think BMI applies to all body types, but I'm happy that I'm only a handful of pounds away from moving out of BMI's obese range. its funny...I've got a lot of friends who are surprised I still want to lose more weight and I have BMI telling me that I'm still obese.
