hi, i just found this site while looking for weight loss app... omg its bill.... just what i needed to help me lose the extra weight from having my kids.... so goal is to drop 2 dress sizes by year years eve.... can i do it.... yes i can...lol ...i hope

    You can do it, it's a very reasonable goal :) Good luck and work hard... hang that dress up that you want to wear on New Year's, stay with MFP for support, get some exercise each day and stay under your calories... and drink lots of water :-)

    I haven't squeezed into a size 8 dress since highschool prom but I'll try with you! :)

    I'm in a 10 now though I don't know if I'd fit in EVERY 10...
