I did a body pump class for the first time today. Unfortunately I don't have a HRM and I have no idea how to count the exercise calories. Any ideas? It definitely doesn't burn as much as running but more than lifting weights.

I do a body pump class also. I have one today. I usually do cardio before or after. I try to estimate calories. I would do as the others suggest and log it as circuit training general.0
