My diet. . .

Dear MFP,
For the last 2 months I've been doing great with my Cardio and weight training despite some issues that I faced. Right now I’m stronger and faster than before, which has done great things for my health and my confidence. However at the same time for the last 2 months my diet has been horrible, I stopped logging all of my food, I've been having way too many cheat days, I've been drinking way more than when I started my Journey. This makes me sad because my weight has hit a standstill; as a matter of fact I think I'm gaining 1lb per month. But that will STOP RIGHT NOW! I make a pledge to all of you that I will get back on the diet wagon and will not stop until I can finally reach my final goal! 10 more lbs by December. THIS IS SPARTA!
