Had a good week! Really enjoying going to the track and being outdoors. Gotta love California it's mid October and 85 degrees today! Tried on the dress I want to wear to a wedding on Nov. 13th. It didn't look half bad, if I do say so myself. I'm usually my worst critic. I still have a month for it to look even better!

Still enjoying our holidays in Hawaii. We swim 50 minutes every morning in the ocean & walk everywhere each day. But still enjoying the cuisine, so still not able to weigh myself, so we will see what the scale says when we get back home late on Oct. 18th.0

Weighing in at 141.5 - that's 2 lbs this week, amazing what can be accomplished after kicking that stupid cold to the curb and being able to run again! Also feeling nice not to be pumped full of cold medicine - seriously this had me feeling super bloated!
This meets month-end goal for me which is good - I'll be upping to maintenance calories in a few days for about 1 week in order to carb load for my next race & I tend to retain a lot of water for about a week afterward. So, with any luck I'll end Oct right where I am right now!

well I gained this week but I worked out an ate good ....except the weekemd kills me everytime :S on another note I took measurements at the beggining of this an ......
Loss 3 inches from waist, 4 from hips, 1.5 from arms, 1 from legs an didnt measure bust tho... so I am lossing just keep screwing myself on the weekend which im going to try hard to fix :S Hope everyone has a great week!!0
