I'm sort of cheating here, as I didn't officially weigh in today. I just got back from vacation last night, and I can tell I'm majorly retaining water (my fingers are swollen). So I'm afraid any number I saw on the scale today would just discourage and depress me, plus it would make it look like an unfairly big loss next week once I get rid of this excess water. So I'm going to say that I stayed the same, and I plan to kick butt this week.

This week should start ok, will work my butt off as end of week I fly interstate for aunties 80th birthday. So 4 days of family get togethers. This will be tough.
