Ok started slowly on the treadmill did 45 mins of slow walk.. did burn 224 cals which is more then i burned yesterday. No syncope attack which is a big deal for me... keep you informed and u keep me motavated lol

    Wow, syncope, yikes! Keep at it........when the body is healthy and conditioned, things always are better! :)
