I've lost 5.5 pounds in my first two weeks which is AWESOME for me as I usually loose weight slowly. Today as I was getting ready for work I ripped the tag off of a new sweater I bought a few weeks ago and put on a pair of pants that I also bought a few weeks ago.

THEY WERE TOO BIG!!!!!

I was excited but also a little ticked off. I didn't think I had lost enough weight to make a sweater too big, but it was just hanging off of me and just looked shapeless. I just hate that I can't take it back without the tag and exchange it for a smaller size. :(

But I'm excited by my overall progeress!

    That's great! :)

If the sweater is too big to be wearable and you can't return it, maybe you could look into donating it. Then you'd be helping out someone else and have another thing to feel good about.

I'm going to see if my Mom would like it (we are a similar size but she has a longer torso so this might still work for her). Otherwise I will donate it. :)

I every spring and fall when I switch out my wardrobe I clear out things that don't fit or I don't wear any more and donate them. I may try to take it to the store and explain that I never actually "wore" it even though the tag is off. Maybe they will let me have a store credit. :)
