Hello everybody, I am so happy to have come across this community!
I am 32 and been big most of my teen/adult life and determined to lose some of this weight... my biggest was 311 and My lowest was 222 a few years ago ( I was sick mind you)... now I am back up to (well was 260) but I started working out more 2 weeks ago and am down 2 lbs WOO HOO... my Fiance bought us a Wii and I have being doing the Just Dance routines, and started last week with the ZUMBA! I have been doing 20 min sessions, and today I jumped up to the 45 min session TALK ABOUT SWEATING!

I have been watching what I eat , less carbs, more fruits, veggies, and homemade fresh food as opposed to those loaded with preservatives, and plan to add in a walk after supper each night...

My wedding is Oct 06th 2012 and I will be going to get my dress in Jan or Feb... so want to slim down some by then... I say I need to lose weight for my health.. (even though my doctor says I am healthy as a horse, besides my weight) it would be beneficial ... to be in shape... even though we say yes ROUND is a shape! lol
