    Not to bicker, but they took the head off just before *cooking* it. It's basically veal, only with birds. I, personally, am of the "I'll try everything once" ilk. And I do like quail.

    I'm going to have to watch this again when I get home and can have audio because I am so confused about the napkin over the head! I'll try anything once but I wouldn't pay 160 for it and I would have a hard time doing it
