Chicken Butternut Squash Bisque

I stole these ingredients straight out of my diary on here (number at the end of each line is the calorie count). It's very simple, and I have it for lunch. For spices I use Emmerill's Essence & a dash of salt & pepper.

Imagine Organic - Creamy Butternut Squash Soup (Small Container), 1 cup (250mL) 90
Spinach - Raw, 0.25 cup 2
Gfs - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 5oz, 4 oz 120
Produce Oasis Red Onion - Red Onion , 1 tbsp 4
Oil - Olive, 0.5 tablespoon 60
Texas Toast - Croutons - Seasoned, 2 TBSP 35
TOTAL CALORIES 311

- Cook the chicken in a pan with the olive oil til done, take out the chicken, throw in the spinach and red onions, cook down a little.

- Heat up the soup in a sauce pan big enough to hold everything, add spices, stir, add in spinach, onions, stir, then add in chicken and stir well.

- Top with the croutons or other topping(s) and eat!
