Lunch ideas

Im trying to eat a whole foods diet with protein, complex carbs, and lots of veggies at every meal, and I need some lunch ideas. I have a Safeway, Chinese/ sushi place, subway, and Italian place right by my work. I usually try to stay under $6 and I'm happy to pack a lunch.

Lately I've been eating:
egg drop soup and a japanese salad or edamame - needs more carbs
A veggie sub - needs more protein
California roll and miso soup - kind of pricey and it's white rice
Chicken and broccoli in white sauce - not that healthy
Salad bar from safeway - not that healthy or filling
