Banana Crunch Pops
These banana pops are a fun, healthy treat and a great way to control your portion of granola cereal!
Banana Crunch Pops
Ingredients:
•2/3 cup fat-free yogurt (any flavor)
•1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•1 cup lowfat granola
•4 flat wooden craft sticks
•2 medium bananas, halved crosswise
Directions:
1.Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper; set aside.
2.Place yogurt in a small shallow dish; stir in cinnamon. Place granola in another small shallow dish.
3.Cut bananas in half.
4.Insert a wooden stick into each banana piece.
5.Roll banana pieces in yogurt mixture, completely covering each piece of banana.
6.Roll in granola to coat.
7.Place on prepared baking sheet.
8.Freeze about 2 hours or until firm.
9.Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.

Tip: After freezing for 2 hours, wrap each banana piece in freezer wrap. Store in the freezer for up to 1 week

That sounds amazing! I think you could probably alter that a lot to hit some cravings. Like, I immediately thought of warming up my all natural peanut butter to dip the banana in and then rolling in chopped nuts. Way more calories but definitely better for me than eating a Snickers!0
