30DS on myfitnesspal

Hey guys,

Just wondering what you class 30DS as when inputting your exercise? Is it aerobic or circuit?

    i used to do it as circuit., when i actually end up doing it with my heartrate monitor, ill probably add my own entry for 30ds w/hrm or something

    I do my regular exercise and I don’t count the 30DS for my calories out because I really like to eat my calories back I hardly ever go below 1400 (calorie intake a day) and when I have extra calories I tend to eat them and I know that MFP cant be 100% accurate on counting calorie burn. So I use the 30SD as a way to lose the inches and build muscle. I found that doing the 30SD so far I don’t feel any more hungry than usual so I feel comfortable doing this. I record the 30DS in my exercise notes though.
