Veggie Help!

Ok so one of my major issues with dieting is I hate veggies. I think I am going to try a green smoothie with some spinach and see if what people say about not being able to taste it is really true. Where I need help is does anyone have any other trick to hiding veggies I would be so appreciative. If I can taste them at all I will not eat it!

There are all kinds of vegetables out there. Soft, hard, sweet, sour, crunchy, smooth; they can be eaten raw, fried, steamed, baked. It's not that you don't like vegetables it's that you don't like what you have tried so far. Think of it as an adventure, in search of the vegetables/vegetable recipes that you will love and want to eat. I dare you! Because I know they are out there.0

OMG I LOVE veggies!!! Just really love vegetables. I could go on forever, but if you have any specific questions, message me and I can try and help. I have to run and pick up kids right now....0

one really quick and easy way to get some veggies is to add a can of green beans and some diced onions with a beef bullion cube. let it simmer for 20-30 minutes. the beef bullion lets the flavor soak up and tastes way better than just canned green beans.0

She isn't exaggerating when she says she hates veggies... This girl wont eat spaghetti sauce...And I have watched her physically gag when a tiny single shred of lettuce was on her taco.. PLEASE HELP HER!!! LOL She's my best friend! And being as I was a vegetarian for 6 years, it made for some "interesting"lunch dates...0

I suggest starting with peas, corn and carrots, they are sweeter and easy to mix into meals. Peas in tuna casserole, corn in mashed potatoes, and carrots can be grated into all kinds of things including hamburger patties. The grocery stores now carry all kinds of bagged salad mixes, so try different mixes to see what you like, but remember salad dressings are usually high in calories and sodium. Put a little lettuce on your sandwiches for crunch. Oh, one combo I just discovered and is sauted potato and squash with a little salt, pepper and rosemary, yummmm.0
