    Love the mnemonics! XD

I don't care how poor of a speller you are. Anyone who is too lazy to commit these words to memory deserves "annoying internet corrections."

    I LOVE this comic.

Unfortunately, I was reading a study in class today that students who were poor spellers at age 14 were just as bad or worse 30 years later. Hopefully this handy guide could change that.

Everybody needs to see this! I HATE when people do not use "lose" and "loose" correctly! When people say "I want to loose weight," I want to tell them "I don't want loose weight hanging around!" lol.

Why is there no mention of the word "f*ckwittery"? I always see that one misspelled. Or misspelt. Gaaaaaaah!

I admit it. I hate bad spelling. It drives me crazy. But some people really can't help it -- it's not an issue of memorizing. My partner, for instance, is very intelligent and was an English major like myself. The problem is, he can't visualize more than two letter at a time ... it actually makes his head hurt. We are star-crossed lovers, I tell you! (Spelling-crossed lovers?)

Still weird/wierd, lose/loose, and then/than will continue to set my teeth on edge every time.

So, I started to read that and I was totally agreeing with it and thinking of people I know who make those mistakes (my biggest peeve is when people use the wrong form of there/their/they're, or you're/your, or... here's the worst our/are (I really don't understand how people confuse that one).

Then, I saw one I know I messed up on... definitely... I know I've spelled it with an "a" before. I think this was good information for me lol.

OMG! That is the best line ever! I'm so going to start saying that. :drinker:
