Goat's milk yoghurt - benefits?

Hi people. I recently discovered goat's milk yoghurt in the supermarket and thought I'd give it a try. It's quite nice - very creamy with a distinctive goat's cheese aftertaste (although very mild). I remember reading that goat's milk and it's products are better for you I think because it contains less lactose but I can't really remember. Are there any other benefits of goat's milk over cow's milk that anyone knows about?

Managed to answer my own question with a quick internet search!!

    See:

In particular it is interesting that it can help with iron and calcium absorption (more so than cow's milk). I also didn't know that goat's milk is more popular than cow's milk in a lot of parts of the world!

The only person I know who drinks goat milk, eats goat yogurt, etc. is lactose intolerant. Cow milk bothers her, but goat milk is OK. I like goat cheese but wasn't a fan of the yogurt. It could have been the brand, as even some cow milk yogurt brands taste gross to me!
