Goat's milk yoghurt - benefits?

Hi people. I recently discovered goat's milk yoghurt in the supermarket and thought I'd give it a try. It's quite nice - very creamy with a distinctive goat's cheese aftertaste (although very mild). I remember reading that goat's milk and it's products are better for you I think because it contains less lactose but I can't really remember. Are there any other benefits of goat's milk over cow's milk that anyone knows about?

In particular it is interesting that it can help with iron and calcium absorption (more so than cow's milk). I also didn't know that goat's milk is more popular than cow's milk in a lot of parts of the world!0 -
The only person I know who drinks goat milk, eats goat yogurt, etc. is lactose intolerant. Cow milk bothers her, but goat milk is OK. I like goat cheese but wasn't a fan of the yogurt. It could have been the brand, as even some cow milk yogurt brands taste gross to me!0
