Hello everyone,

I went to my doctor because my BP is high. He said" I can shove pills down your throat or we can try a life style change". So here I am. I have tried many times before to loose weight only to gain it back. Now it is a health issue. I think... no... I KNOW, this time, I can loose the weight and keep it off.

to help you with your journey, think about the reasons you got sidetracked and off track in the past. what were the physical and mental obstacles you weren't able to overcome? what can you do differently this time around to handle those same obstacles when they pop up? I think your doctor's advice will provide some added motivation...but I also believe you're going to have to dig within yourself to fully understand how you got derailed each time in the past and come up with a gameplan to handle those obstacles this time around. Its easier to handle those obstacles with advance planning.

my will power blog below has more details in this regard.

Welcome to your journey! Exercise and proper diet in many cases will get your blood pressure in check. Just keep it up and dont quit. Listen to your body and take breaks as need be.
