The ABCs of Weight Loss on MFP

So I was hanging out with my 7-year-old learning both English and Spanish, when I decided to quiz her on the ABCs. It was sort of fun coming up with a word for each letter. Today I was on a *snore* conference call at work and whipped this up for you guys here on MFP.
