i was unemployed for nearly 2 years.... long story short, i dont even have time to think let alone exercise the way i had before getting this job. love it to death... no excuses.... only problem, its hours way. i drive 2 hours one way. i was working out 5-6 days a week and managed to lose 19 lbs in 2 months. im frightful its going to cease to exist now that im working. i sleep, cant even parent, unless im off, and just want to sleep. i probably cant move and relocate for over a month from now.... ill just be sooo disappointed with the lack of weight loss im sure i will encounter this month. im half awake driving to work and back home. im still eating 1000-1300 cals on a regular, but the sodium has increased since i cant cook my meals.... im just so worried.... about my children, my well being and hell my weight loss

Hang in there, you'll figure out ways to work it in. 2 hours each way sounds really rough though! I drive an hour each way right now, but have been able to exercise 2 to 3 times per week but up to 4. I do a lot of mini workouts throughout the day that I don't log...including crunches and squats in the bathroom at work, haha :) On top of work I am married and we have one busy 5 year old and are very involved at our church and have a pretty healthy social life too so my hope for you is that you can figure out what works best for you until you can relocate! You can add me as a friend if you'd like!

If you can't exercise as much, you'll definitely have to pay attention to your caloric intake. The sodium could become a problem. I do eat some process foods. The only free day I really have is Sunday after church, and that's when I prepare meals for the week and grocery shop. The little munchkin loves going to the store and watching me cook. One thing I had to do was really read the labels. I kinda eat the same things all the time now, but in the beginning I would spend hours in the grocery store reading labels. Now, I'm able to go in the store get exactly what I want and I know that it's not going to cause a setback in my journey.

Is there anyone here who could help by offering safe exercises to do in the car?

I think it would be best to focus on driving.
