What would be a good High calorie breakfast? That would be quick and maybe even on the go? I'm having trouble meeting my calorie intake each day b/c I don't eat breakfast.

You could add a protein shake to not instead of breakfast0

You could do a bar like a Cliff Bar. They're pretty good and portable. http://clifbarstore.com/?trk_src_ss=CLFPAYPCWEBMACSS&gclid=CMuMovvq4asCFcwEQAodgEmoRA0

Quick Oats (microwaveable), 1/2c
1 scoop of whey protein
2tbsp PB or other nut butter
1 serving of sugar free jello pudding such that the pudding flavor matches or is compatible with the protein.
Nuke the oats by itself, add the other stuff, splash of milk, and BOOM. There's about 550 cals of deliciousness that should be very easy on the macros.0 -
