    I know it's bad...

    Ha Ha - My daughter watches Jerry Springer. When I ask her why she says it is a stress reliever! For some reason, I am fascinated with Hoarders. Maybe I am like the other poster, it makes me feel better about my house keeping.

    Tuesday ~ Biggest Loser & Parenthood
    Wednesday ~ Criminal Minds, Law & Order SVU
    Thursday ~ Big Bang Theory
    Friday ~ CSI: NY & Blue Bloods (I tease my husband that I have a standing date Friday nights with Tom Selleck!)
    Saturday ~ nothing really; we usually go to the movies on this night
    Sunday ~ Desperate Housewives & CSI: Miami

    if something is on instead of what I usually watch, I'll switch the channel to Food Network ~ I love Guy Fieri & Iron Chef Michael Symon!

    Most of this is watched while walking on the treadmill... and I don't usually log that as exercise. By the end of the day, I am adding to my steps (my goal is 15,000 minimum daily!)

    My best friend in college and I used to watch it every day if our scheduled allowed. I just think to myself, "At least I'm not THAT chick...."

    I don't really have any "guilty pleasures"... I will openly like my shows hahaha. Glee, Say Yes to the Dress, Big Bang Theory, Criminal Minds, What Not to Wear, SVU are my favorites :)

    Bachelor/Bachelorette...Biggest Loser but I don't feel guilty about that one! I also (secretly) sometimes watch the Kardashians when my husband isn't home. He says it's garbage and he's completely right, but I still find myself watching if he's not here. Don't ask me why because I have no positive explanation. Oh, the shame.
