I'm female, but I am most ashamed of Tori and Dean too!! I love it, I hate it, it makes me cringe at times, and then I love it some more! Sad, I know, so shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.:blushing:
My DVR is full of faves that I can never catch up with. I really need a treadmill or something so I can exercise while I watch. Surely that will be incentive to exercise right?
Other faves though I don't know how guilty my pleasure is when watching: Castle (Nathan Fillion *sigh*), Dancing with the Stars, House Hunters (I'm an addict), Glee, and The Closer ("Thank you")0 -

Pawnstars. Every morning after a workout I check if there is a new episode on demand. If not? I watch spongebob. Granted I grew up with the show, but being in college to get my doctorate of pharmacology, its nice to break up the pi bonds and sodium potassium pumps with a little bit of basic, simple humor0

Modern Family- hands down one of the funniest shows ever.
The Biggest Loser-It gets a lot of crap for being unrealistic but I watch for the positive attitudes and support these ppl are willing to show each other. (Dolvett is superfine too.)

Oh, and so many of these posts are NOT guilty pleasures. Castle? The Closer? Glee? How I Met Your Mother? Once the show is consistently nominated for / wins Emmys, and not in the reality TV category, you can't call it a guilty pleasure.0
