So I have been doing really well and have been getting full when eating. I have 326 calories left over tonight and I have not worked out yet. I cant help but still wonder if it's enough to make me lose weight when Im feeling like Im eating quite a bit....

You already have a calorie defecit built in, be it 250, 500 or 1000 calories depending on how much you want to lose per week. So that extra 300 calories is only making your deficit bigger.. so yes, you will still lose weight. Keep eating... and eating until your full. No point in starving.0

I have the same problem. I was always full with 400 or so calories left. I have had to increase my food because I stopped losing. I do not eat back my exercise calories though. The down side of healthy eating is the difficulty with getting to the calories. Good luck and you are doing great!0
