Today, I took all my anger out by exercising until I was exhausted. Everything I did today was stressful until I decided to turn to my trusty jump rope. I usually don't like to exercise, but today, I was all pent up and angry at life in general.
After a few hops, I calmed down. Then, after I kept going, I started to get tired. Then, once my feet started to cramp, I decided I was finished, and then I realized that whatever was bothering me today, was forgotten. I was just tired and relaxed.
So, next time you're pissed off, turn it into motivation to work out. It is wonderful. It also counteracts all the chocolate I ate at work today.

One of the main reasons I work out is to get rid of stress. When I can't work out... everyone beware.0

It's the repetitive motion and potentially an endorphin rush depending on how long you're doing an excercise. Very relaxing indeed.0

Before I started working out regularly I would eat to combat stress. Exercise is WAY better!0
