My Heavens!!! Ok, you look AMAZING so maybe you should give me that list?? Seriously, I am 34, fairly active ( I teach Zumba and other dance classes), but I love to eat!! Also a few months ago I had a thyroid test that came back borderline hypo, but not quite at "medication" levels...
I also have some arthritis in my foot which is very painful and limits my aerobic activities outside of the Zumba and dancing. So, any ideas?0 -
The doctors scale for Thyroid is so high, I tested with an herbalist and mine showed up. The doctors said I vvas like you. I take a Thyroid support tablet. If your thyroid and adrenal glands are under active that has to do with energy. The I Flex is for joint relief and comfort. I think you would like the Bee energy it is natural from honey also.Try and get an Omega that has all three in it. I do not use any from normal stores because they are full of fillers. Not even my multi. I worked in healthfood and you would be surprised some additives in store brands.Primerose is good for pms,but I take for skin. Message me if you have any more questions.

I'm sure you don't want to be taking a whole bunch of pills, so try taking a B complex vitamin, The B vitamins it what supplies your bodies natural energy. Also make sure to take a one-a-day vitamin. All vitamins are important, but the B vitamins actually affect the way your body feels. And B vitamins, are a key ingredient in diet pills, because they boost your metabolism, and give you energy. Both the B-complex vitamin, and a men or womens one-a day vitamin are inexpensive around $3 or $4 each at Walmart0

Dude, buy some Jack3d or Superpump and don't even take a whole scoop. Maybe half or less than half a scoop. If you just wanna feel READY to workout, get some Jack3d, it's only 30 bucks maybe. This is a video some dude made, watch it! http://youtu.be/PLvvnBsC4-w0

Depends on the effects you are looking for. There isn't any magic fix. I would suggest getting a fulll blood chem panel to see if you are low on anything. And make sure you get a copy of the actual labs, not just the doctors report. My pcp said I was " normal" except for hyperlipidemia, but my B and d were like 5 points from being considered low. Supplementing those really helped, and it turned out my "normal" B levels were contributing to my restless legs.
Good luck to you.0 -
I agree....doctors seem to take being on the verge as not enough. I had restless legs too. They gave me shots ,but I couldn''t tell. The BEE energy I take is straight from the honey, not man made.0

Does this make your heart rate go up? There are so many things out there that do.0

I took Controlled Lab's REDuction shots (as in a shot glass, not a needle) And they helped me get started on my last cut.
They have an AM with some caffeine to get you going, and supress your appetite a bit.
Then theres a PM. Not sure what it does but I slept like a baby. LOVED IT.
They're pretty cheap too.0 -

bwahahhaa.
superpump is a horrible preworkout and I wouldn't reccommend it to anyone.
Jack3d will definately give you some energy and supress your appetite, but I'd suggest staying away from DMAA. A lot of people crash pretty hard after taking supps with dimethylamylamine. It's not pleasant.0 -
Ok I might as well have my three pence worth.......
It is important to realise that most of these supplements are exactly as the name suggest a 'supplement'....if you eat healthly and the right food you will get all you need.
Vitamin tablets are now under scrunity for causes cancers

Whether they do or dont is I think is up to the individual
I use a protein powder to ramp up my calories and will use multivitamins for a couple of months just to kick start my body
Save you money on miracle pills and eat healthy and exercise...............0
