Apparently I Cannot Eat Enough Calories

Ok when I started four weeks ago I was worried I would be hungry. Quite the opposite, with the help of my SFP (Secret Fitness Partner) who trains professionally she has put me on a diet that keeps me full all the time. My food logs are public. I eat fairly clean each day and am eating about every three hours, three meals and two snacks. I problem is I am full all the time and I really do not want more at each meal. Any ideas. My calorie count is 500-1000 under each day. Not good.

Good Lord, where is the FOOD?
A trainer told you to eat that stuff? I would ditch the trainer.

My diary is open in case you're interested.

Your meals and snacks are about 200 calories each.
That's crazy.
A meal should be in the 400-500 calorie range alone. Maybe even 800+0 -
I think you could start to add in some whole grains and veggies at meals.0

Add some fruits, veggies and some nuts.0

No she wants me to each MUCH more. I problem is I am not hungry. I know add more vegetables, add starches. But I get full too quick and then I feel sick.0
