    two things:
    First, remember that when you sleep, your body goes into "repair" mode and is doing things like cleaning out wastes from your circulatory and limbic system. . and water is the way that it is expelled.

    Second, women's bladders are sort of shaped like an "S"--so what may be happening is that your 5-a.m. trip is getting rid of the accumulation of the wastes that have built up during the night; and your trip 2 hours later is the "back of the S" once you've made room for it by peeing at 5.

    Oh, and I do the same thing.

    i have always been like that, for me usally between 2 - 3 am.


    if i have drank alot that evening sometimes its 2 and 4 am trips

    I drink a ton of water daily. The only thing that stops the overnight pee trips for me is to cut off drinking about an hour before bed. That gives my body a chance to get rid of it all in my last pee before bed.
