Does anyone else lose for 1 weeks or 2 then get stuck then find a way to reboot weight loss.. works for couple of weeks then back to stuck again?
I've tried a variety of things and they don't seem to last more than a few weeks, recently went gluten free 5lbs loss first week 3 lb second then nothing. .. I'm trying a carb day followed by a liquid only day to see if that kick starts system to drop another 5-7lb... as I only seem to get one shot at losing something in response to anything I try.
Is it just my body that isn't working like other people's or do other people get this too? I'd just like a steady weight loss of 1-2lbs EVERY week, but I can't seem to find a way to make this work.
