Hi there!
I had my VSG 12/21/2010. So roughly 11 months ago. I am down 90 pounds with very little effort. I feel better physically and emotionally. There are times when I struggle with old habits (soda) but thankfully my body makes it loud and clear that I have had enough. One of my biggest struggles is eating too little. After 2-3 bites of food I am stuffed. Often times food is uncomfortable. On days like that I just stick to protien shakes. Do I have any regrets? Absolutely not! I am loving it. I am curious to see when the weight loss will stop. I haven't been actively trying to lose for a good 3 months now. Im not worried. My body knows when enough is enough! Best of luck to all my fellow VSG ers.0
