Hi all
I would love to do a real weekend bootcamp (for starters) but because I wouldn't be able to totally leave my young kids and cos of the ££££s i'd like to do my own programme at home for now.
Can anyone give me an idea of a typical Bootcamp shedule. I know there will be a wide variety but just so i can put a little programme together for mysef that isn't under or over ambitious.
I exercise most days and do a mix of intense cardio, strength and flexibility. Have been doing Turbo fire recently and will be doing Insanity in a few weeks, so......reasonably fit but lots and lots of room and will to improve!
Cheers
