I have just got back from a coffee morning, promising myself to be good, had black coffee, no thank you to the danish pastries all lovely and gooey with icing and no thank you to the oozing jam doughnuts ,
so why could i not say no to the millionaires shortcake, i really could not resist it, it is such a long time since i have had one, but i am not going to beat myself up about it, i have ' fessed up ' on my food diary, but such a tiny thing like that eats up a whole lunch load of calories, (or 2-3 snacks) so i am making a vegetable soup with no bread for my lunch, and be good for the rest of the day.

Well, that's the beautfy of MFP for me. I still like to eat something sweet, but then I compensate with other healthy meals. I would never be able to figure out correct calories without MFP:)0
