Do any of you meditate? If you do, what exactly do you do? For how long?

    I do! I just relex. I sit, straight up, with my hands relaxed, and eyes closed. I just think of nothing. Taking slow deep breaths. It helps me relax, and put things in perspective. :bigsmile:

    lol... I do the lotus game on the wii... Maybe that doesn't really count? I always lose when my moth flies into the flame on the candle, because I laugh...

    Seriously though, I have in the past, I sit (sometimes lay, but usually sit) and breath deeply in and out, making sure I'm breathing through my diaphragm. I picture in my head how I want to look, what I want to achieve, something I want to do. I picture myself doing it, and succeeding. A lot of positive affirmations to myself during this time.
