I have myself set on lightly active i walk about an hour to an hour and a half a day on the school run, my question is i've just done 2 hours of wallpapering and was sweating buckets would i just leave that as part of my lightly active or should i add it to calories burnt cos i was sweating ? i'm on 1270 cals a day to lose 1.6lb a week.

I would add it as it's something you don't normally do.

Log it, as it's not something you normally do.

I only add cleaning if it is significantly above and beyond my normal routine. That being said, sounds like this qualifies!

I would suggest underestimating your burn though, just to be safe. That way you stay on track, and if you are really burning more it will just be a happy surprise on the scale later on! :)

Just log it as Vigorous Cleaning....or Moderate Cleaning if you don't think it was Vigorous enough...LOL

I'm not sure why you aren't logging a walk every time. I have my thing set to "lightly active" to and I log every walk i take (other than my 5 minute walk to and from my office every day) and all of my exercise, even though my exercise is usually the same everyday. if i walked an hour everyday, i'd definitely log a walk...?
