Exercise or not?

I am just beginning my journey. Should I lose some weight first and then exercise or do both at the same time? In the past, when I would exercise while trying to lose I would actually gain weight and get discouraged. Thanks

either way willl work, just really depends on wether you want to just loose weight or want the whole fit thing.
you already know that when you have started right away with exercise the scale has jumped up at first. so if you choose to
starte the working out from the get go, just know it might and don't sweat it0 -
I would say 80% work on your diet and 20% on some bit of exercise until your body feels like it can increase the intensity. just take it slow and steady and your body will let you know. so do both. maybe begin by taking walks.0

I would suggest both at the same time, especially if your goal is to become healthy not just lose weight. Start slow, like walking at a moderate pace for 20 minutes.0

Focus on eating but maybe walk a few days a week to get in some cardio. Then you can add other exercise in.0
