Upper Body with no weights

I want to do a upper body workout but I don't have hand weights as of yet. Will I get any benefit from just using my arm as resistence?

You really should use something to give you a little resistance to get the most our of what you are doing. Try things like, 5 pound detergent bottles. Or go out and get some resistance bands which work great and are not very expensive. Pushups are great and you can vary where you place your hands <(closer under your body, normal shoulder width apart, wider then shoulder width....) which will help you hit different muscles. If you cannot do a regular push up, do them on your knees.
One movement that will work your shoulders without weights is to put your arms straight out at should length and make circles. Go one way, then the other, and make smaller circles and then larger ones.0 -
Pilates will work the heck out of your upper body using your own body weight.0

Those aren't strictly upper body, but you can definitely get a workout just using your own body weight as resistence.0 -
