My belly is jelly

So my end goal isn't to have a six pack, I'm a realist. However, I have absolutely no abdominal muscles at all. I'm just wondering where to start? I need something that I can physically do. Any suggestions?

I am a fan of just doing some planks.... it seems to be helping my ab muscles.......just hold in a pushup position for as long as you can, a few times a day. It strengthens your core muscles0

I have found that nothing does it faster than jogging.0

Well, to be ornery, you do have abdominal muscles...if you didn't, you couldn't stand up!
Aside from some poor morning humor, there are so many ab exercises you can do to tone those muscles. But having a stomach that is toned is hugely related to the amount of fat in the body. The saying that having great abs starts in the kitchen is absolutely true. So by having a good balance of healthy food intake, cardio and strength training, those ab muscles will make an appearance over time.0 -
crunches for upper abs
reverse crunches for lower abs
and throw in some 'elbow to opposite knee' for your obliques.
check out exercise vids on youtube for ideas if you need to0
