Youll need iTunes 10.5 so install that first. The new OS will be out at 1pm EST.

Hghlights:
Wireless sync
Split keyboard
Notifications on the lock screen
Camera controls on the lock screen
When you buy any content on any iDevice, it will automatically sync to any other idevices

    Oh and if you have Apple TV ($100), anything you have displayed on your iPad will be displayed on you TV. Giant wireless monitor!

    Had the old apple tv..might have to invest in the new one now..surfing the web and viewing on a bigscreen has been problematic on any other device I have tried it with.

    It was available for pics and videos, but not webpages or apps. Giant angry birds LOL

    Kevin, they dropped the lice of Apple Tv when they shipped the second generation to $100, it's a great product. If I can't find something to stream on Netflix, I can rent from the apple store and they seem to get movies before other sources.

    Every major release for the last couple of years have been at 10am local time in Cupertino.

    I forgot to add a big one. Tabbed browser and "reader" view where it strips out everything on a web page except the content you want to read
