I was wondering what you thought about the recipes? I really want to get this book, but wondering if anyone had opinions!!

  • I don't have the book but I want it. Wasn't that the most awesome film? I've also read The China Study, and finally after years of issues with meat-eating and fluctuating about going vegetarian, on July 24, 2011, I made the commitment and will never look back.

I have the book as well as the movie. It is a great place to start, the recipes are easy, use ingredients you can find in your local grocery and are tasty as well. It is a collection of recipes from many of the "big names" in this eating for health movement. The other book like it, which is half easy, delicious recipes is Dr. Esselstyn's book , Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease.
  • I just noticed my reply posted three times. Hmmmm.

I also want to get this book...does it have calories listed with the recipes? Also, what about that book Appetite for Reduction? Curious about opinions!
