    Enjoyed another night of Jillian Level 3....I am definitely doing the 5 days...hope everyone doing well with the workouts...

    Day 4 complete. Did not want to get up this morning and workout. But thanks to you guys I did. This group is awesome!:flowerforyou: Hopefully I will get in at least 1 more day this week. Everyone have a great Friday!:smile:

    Ohhhh I'm loving all the feedback on Level 3. I start it on Monday doing 5days and then the 2nd week if possible I will add in weights. You all are doing such a great job, keep it up!!!

    Day 5 Level 3 complete. I got my new HRM and I burned a little more calories than my old one was showing! :smile: Thinking I may do Level 2 again this weekend sometime just to see how many I was actually burning on that Level. Everyone have a great weekend!

    Yes this is what is starting to happen with me:tongue: it seems like I may not get to it in the evening. If it was not for this group I def would not have pushed to get it done the way I have been. I feel better too when I know my workout is done for the day:bigsmile:

    I too have done this. I switched HRM's and I tested out several workouts just to see what my calorie burn really was. I also did this to compare with MFP just to see how to log workouts if I ever needed to without a HRM available:happy:

    Sorry ladies for being MIA...I am absolutely so busy with getting the papers together on my new house, getting into a pattern with my youngest son, football season for my oldest son, and still trying to find time to shop, exercise, teach classes, and get rest. All this on top of working all day. I have done Level 3 about three days now and I must say my legs are absoultely sore. This one works your body in a crazy way I'll say.
    I am still the same measurements because in all my business I haven't had time to preplan and precook my meals like I normally do.
    I told my boyfriend that I can't do this eating pattern. I have to buckle down and keep my eating on point so he is on top of it with me. ;-)

    I've been MIA too and finally got back to things this morning. I've been out of town with my mom who had to have a melanoma removed from her face and visit my grandmother who also has cancer (mouth cancer). Cancer is so evil!!

    Did level 3 this morning and it's amazing how in just a few days of missing workouts it's that much more harder getting back. Had to pause it more than normal to catch my breath. Since I just can't do bow pose because it hurts my knees I substituted with some kettlebell swings.

    HEY LADIES!! I am on day 4 of this Level 3 and I love it....Got to get it in the Mornings otherwise...i will also tell myself well tomorrow....I AM happy I did most of the advance moves...The 1 minuts Fire Hydrates...I was able to complete them the full minute on both legs...burning LIKE CRAZY..but love it...my booty is definitely getting firming..I can tell...and my lower back is losing so it appears BIGGER..YEAH!!! Like this level also...cause it sneaks that stomach workout in there...now my definition is popping baxk out there again...BEST LEVEL hands down to me!! LET GO HARD THIS LAST WEEK GIRL...No regrets!!!

    Thank you! I did my KBT workout once at my mom's while I was there and my mom was fussing at how Jillian and the girls look like men and saying how I shouldn't be doing that to myself. This is so disheartening and I don't see how she can say that. They don't at all look like men. I guess she just doesn't know what a woman looks like with muscle and no fat. I don't let it get to me but it does hurt for my mom to down everything I do.

    Don't let moms get to you!! Being healthy is the Number #1 goal here...You feel great and look great! Continue inspiring me...I appreciate you and moms just dont know how to explain that she admires you!! You look great nd doing amazing!

    Susan!! ME either....we got to find something else quick to motivate one another on!! I think this journey was amazing!! I know it would have been the same without ALL THE SUPPORT! LETS GO HARD!

    I have a hate love relationship with level 3. It hurts and I am drenched in sweat, but I like how the 4th circuit focuses on strength while taking advantage of the afterburn. I'm another softee that loves her speeches, I had tears during the ripped in 30 finale.
    My butt is looking lifted, hubby is impressed! My pants fit different with my elevated buttocks though, they are tighter even though the butt has improved.

    I should have done KBT level 3 this morning but I was feeling so unmotivated for a 40-minute workout. I opted instead to do 30-Day Shred because at least it was something (albeit a bit shorter). O my gosh!! My arms were so sore! I think the fact that I've been focusing on my buns for the past five weeks has made me forget about my upper body. That was a reminder of how I need to keep balanced. I'm not complaining too much though because I LOVE what KBT has done for my buns!

    Day 3 complete.. looks like it's only gonna be 4 days this week for level 3.. definitely gonna step it up the last week though.. may even try the ankle weights on some of it.... my booty is still feeling the effects even after 3 days!!! (in a good way though).. i surely do hate that we are approaching our final week.. i've really enjoyed you guys and all the support that we've shown one another.. just awesome!! wish we could go another round :)..

    Oh my goodness, ankle weights with level 3!!! Ouch! I just could not do that. You're tough.

    Yes, it will be sad once this is over. I have really enjoyed everyone too. I am missing some of my other workouts though. It will still be an awesome workout to fit in with other workouts.

    Did level 3 again today and it wasn't any easier than yesterday. My body must be in a slump right now. I guess it's just after all of the emotional drain I've had this month.

    I completed Week 5...Workout 5 of Level 3 and today was a little hard on the knees so somethings had to be subsitute...i am going to squeeze yoga in i skipped it last night and i paid for this AM...plus my mood is not the best today!! Life and its thrown objects at you BUT this will pass and I continue to focus on my lifestyle!...I always include other workouts so no body parts are neglected! Everything is looking better and can't wait til her DVD in Dec drop then its back to a plan again! GOOD JOB EVERYONE! You guys are rocking it and may you all have continued success for this last week! Week 6 officially starts Wednesday...
