Heart Rate Monitor help

Options
I have been having trouble trying to figure out how to figure out the low and high end of target heart rate to program my monitor. This is what I found online and I want to know if this sounds right. I will put in my own numbers instead of using theirs:

1. Compute HRmax by subtracting age from 220 (for males) or 226 (for females).
226 - 30 = 196 BPM (HRmax)

2. Subtract resting heart rate from HRmax.
196 - 63 (resting heart rate) = 133 (Resting Heart Rate Reserve)

3. Compute the lower end of Target Heart Rate Zone by multiplying HR Reserve by .5 to get 50% of HR Reserve.
133 x .50 = 66.5 Low End or 50% of Heart Rate Reserve

Then add RH rate to that 50% number.
66.5 + 63 (Resting Heart Rate) = 129.5 (low end or 50% of MHR)

4. Compute the upper end of Target Heart Rate Zone by multiplying HR Reserve by .85 to get 85% of HR Reserve
133 x .85 = 113.05 High End or 85% of Heart Rate Reserve

Then add RH rate to that 85% number
113.05 + 63 (Resting Heart Rate) = 176.05 (high end or 85% ofMRH)

So, this would mean that the low end for me is 129.5 and the high end would be 176.05. Does this sound right????
