    I had a nice steak this morning with a side of coconut-cauliflower. It was delicious and stuck with me for 5 hours before I was hungry again.

    Baked oatmeal should be doable with added protein powder. Cottage cheese with stevia, lemon, and blueberries. Greek yogurt with same. Peanut butter in your oatmeal or on toast.

    I do that sometimes in the micro - comes out kind of like microwave baked oatmeal. :)
    Have you ever tried putting egg white in with your oatmeal before you cook it?

    The last couple of mornings I've mixed up protein powder and milk and then put it in my coffee in place of creamer.
