Yesterday I had a moment of weakness (Steelers game) and ate over my calories. Today I have done wonderful and have about the same amount left over. Should I save these and even everything out?? Thanks!

I'm not sure what the correct, healthy way is to do this. I do it once or so a week. I just try to eat really good and exercise more the next day. Sometimes I'm over and sometimes I'm under - but I do feel better about going over my calories if I work it off the next day. Don't know if it's healthy. I suppose a balanced diet every day is better than over one day and under the next. I don't know . . . . You're not alone, though!!0

If your not hungry and on your way to bed. You betcha! If your hungry, listen to your body. Choose healthy and get back on track tomorrow. No worries. oxox0 -
You should always try to consume all of your calories for THAT DAY. What happened yesterday or what happens tomorrow doesn't effect today. It doesn't matter how much you exercise tomorrow or how much you did yesterday... what matters is that day. So if you went over your calories yesterday... that's okay... try to do better the next day... but still try to use all your calories. Leaving a bunch of calories today doesn't "make up" for calories over-consumed yesterday.0
